Joshua Michael Thayer, 39, of Long Beach was charged with a Level 5 felony for causing serious bodily injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony for driving while suspended, an A misdemeanor for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person, and an A misdemeanor for operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 percent or more.
