MONDAY

Theft was reported in the 5100 block of Franklin Street.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Case.

Property was found in the 500 block of E. Barker Avenue.

Police are investigating a case of forgery involving a 17-year-oldĀ male suspect and a 43-year-old female suspect in the 1200 block of Franklin Street.

Property was found in the 1900 block of Manhattan at 10:32 p.m.

Police are investigating a case of battery and unlawful residential entry in the 3400 block of Salem Court.

Battery involving five suspects and a 7-year-old victim was reported in the 1500 block of W. 8th Street.

A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 100 block of Ford.

Attempted residential entry was reported in the 400 block of E. Garfield.

Brian Avery Cooper, 46, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with battery causing serious bodily injury, a Level 5 felony, strangulation, a Level 6 felony, and resisting law enforcement, an A misdemeanor.

SUNDAY

Battery was reported in the 100 block of Hendricks.

A 2004 Dodge Ram valued at $8,000 was reported stolen in the 100 block of E. 11th Street.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Police are investigating a case of armed robbery where the suspect pointed a firearm at the victim in the 400 block of E. 10th Street.

The two front tires of a 2010 Ford F150 were reportedly flattened in the 2100 block of Warnke Road.

SATURDAY

Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Heisman Harbor Drive.

Theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Manhattan.

A missing person was reported in the 200 block of Sunset Drive.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of E. U.S. 20

A 14-year-old boy ran away from home in the 700 block of W. 4th Street.

Ronnie L. Klemoff, 37, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with theft of a motor vehicle valued at $4,500, a Level 6 felony.

Booker T. Sanders, 49, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with domestic battery, a Level 6 felony.

A 15-year-old was arrested for criminal mischief, resisting law enforcement and habitual disobedience after causing $1,500 worth of damages to a 2000 Mitsubishi.

Zumiez reported a case of theft at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets at 5:24 p.m.

The rear passenger window of a 2014 Chevrolet was damaged in the 200 block of Westwind Drive.

Orlando M. Hatch, 20, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Danny Mark Armstrong, 26, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with driving while suspended, an A misdemeanor.

FRIDAY

Sunglass Hut at Lighthouse Place Premium Outlets reported a case of theft at 2:49 p.m.

Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Washington Street.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of N. Porter.

Lost property was found on Jackson Street.

Lost property was found in the 1200 block of E. Michigan Boulevard.

Rose Linda Miranda, 54, of Chicago was preliminarily charged with shoplifting, an A misdemeanor.

Brian Avery Cooper, 46, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with disorderly conduct, a B misdemeanor, and public intoxication, also a B misdemeanor.

Tamiyah Aryann Moore, 20, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with domestic battery, an A misdemeanor.

Kimberly J. Brewer, 42, of Elkhart was preliminarily charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Qushawn Xavier Lamont Tyler, 19, of Michigan City was preliminarily charged with dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia, an A misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony.

JUNE 13

Fraud at a bank/financial institution was reported in the 600 block of N. Calumet Avenue at 2:10 p.m.

A 32-year-old woman reported receiving threats in the 4200 block of Franklin Street.

The rear windshield of a 2016 Lincoln was damaged in the 100 block of Maple.
