Isaiah Edward Conner Jr., 21, of Michigan City, was arrested on a Level 6 felony theft charge near Ninth Street and Willard Avenue shortly after 11 a.m.
Dante Armon Sellers, 18, of Michigan City, was arrested on charges of Level 6 felony theft and class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement near Ninth Street and Willard Avenue shortly after 11 a.m.
A bicycle chained to a bike rack in the parking garage at Blue Chip Casino reportedly was stolen when an unknown suspect removed the front wheel sometime between 8 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Saturday.
A Dewey Street resident reported that after paying two men $70 to perform repairs at her home around noon, the men took her money, repaired nothing and stole her jewelry.
A woman reported having been battered by her husband’s daughter in the 400 block of Walker Street shortly before 2 p.m.

Stephen William Plew, 24, of Michigan City, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. in the 600 block of S. Carroll Avenue on a class B misdemeanor charge of battery.
