Someone reportedly broke a garage door in the 200 block of Walnut Street and entered a vehicle parked there in, accidentally leaving an Android Voyager III tablet, set to Spanish, when he left.

The side of a 2016 Chevy Impala was reportedly scratched with a sharp metal object in the 1300 block of Earl Road.

THURSDAY

Von Tobel reported that a fraudulant check was used to purchase a miter saw valued at almost $900.

A 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora was reportedly damaged by unknown persons in the 200 block of Greenwood Avenue.

Someone reportedly stole the right rear tire of a black 2007 Chrysler 300 Limousine in the 2400 block of Franklin Street.

A credit card, driver's license and other items were reportedly found lying at the intersection of Jamestown Avenue and Duneland Beach Drive.

A wallet with two credit cards, change and other items was found in the 100 block of N. Carroll Avenue.

WEDNESDAY

Several potted plants and planters were reported stolen from a yard in the 200 block of E. Fulton Street. One pot with dirt, but no plants, was left behind. The victim believes the thief is the local dumpster diver.

A mini deep freezer was reported stolen off the back porch of a residence in the 1100 block of Cedar. The freezer was empty at the time of the theft.
