MICHIGAN CITY — Harbour Trust & Investment Management Company has announced the additions of Brian Moore and Taylor Schlichter to their team.

As senior vice president & director of Personal Trust, Moore brings 20 years of industry experience to Harbour Trust. Moore’s specialty is partnering with multiple family generations and their advisors to create and monitor tax-efficient strategies, designed to allow each family to exceed their goals.

“Developing client relationships that transcend being a financial advisor is my aspiration for working with all of my clients," Moore said. "I believe getting to know each client and their family personally is what allows someone to become an effective and trusted advisor. Harbour Trust shares this philosophy and encourages it daily, and I am happy to be a part of such an amazing organization.”

Before joining Harbour Trust, Moore was a vice president and wealth advisor for a regional bank and a founding team member of an independent wealth management and trust bank, where he served as a senior vice president and senior wealth advisor. Moore was born and raised in Northern Michigan and spent much of his career in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Schlichter will serve as an administrative assistant. She is grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with Harbour Trust. Schlichter is also passionate about partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals and grow financially.

“After spending some time working in the financial services industry, I am excited to join the Harbour Trust team,” Schlichter said. She graduated from Indiana University in 2012 and spent time working in the financial service industry in Chicago.
