Pancake breakfast at Immanuel Lutheran
MICHIGAN CITY — Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1237 E. Coolspring Ave., is having an all-you-can eat Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 14 from 7-11 a.m. Breakfast also includes sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and beverages. Toddlin' to Jesus
MICHIGAN CITY — Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1237 E. Coolspring Ave., Michigan City, invites children ages 0-4 and their parent/guardian to come to Toddlin' to Jesus, a free music class. It is taught by Lisa Solum, a music and choir teacher from St. John's Lutheran School in La Porte. She holds a bachelor's degree in music education from Concordia University, Chicago. Oktoberfest at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception
MICHIGAN CITY — St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Michigan City, welcomes everyone to their Oktoberfest with a chicken dinner, music, game room and raffle on Oct. 6 at the handicap accessible Elks Lodge #432, 416 E. U.S. 20, Michigan City. Doors open at 11 a.m. Dinner tickets include dessert and drinks and cost $15 for adults and $9 for children. They may be purchased from parishioners or by calling 219-872-9196 before Sept. 22. Children under 12 with an accompanying adult may eat free from the kids buffet. Carryout is available. Reservations advised. You do not need to be present to win the $1,000 grand prize or other prizes.
