6 p.m. Weaving Mindfulness into Everyday Life — Dr. Margie Williams PhD, RN will share how you can incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life. In this interactive session you will be introduced to relaxing and healing mindfulness techniques that can be done anywhere and will learn how it helps with weight control, mental clarity and relaxation. No prior experience needed!

Wednesday, July 10

10 a.m. Story Time — Enjoy stories, songs, activities, crafts and more with the Story Time Crew! Please arrive a few minutes early to receive your child’s name tag. This program is for children ages birth through 5 years, accompanied by an adult.

2 p.m. Friends of the Library — Support your library by joining the Friends. All new members welcome!

Thursday, July 11

10 a.m. — Stomp Rockets! Make a paper rocket and watch it soar from a launchpad made with PVC pipe and a two-liter plastic bottle! Everyone is encouraged to bring an empty two-liter plastic bottle for launch; however, we will have supplies available. This program is fun for the whole family.

4 p.m. — The Duneland Stamp Club meets the second Thursday of each month. New members are welcome.
