MICHIGAN CITY — Young People’s Theatre Company, Inc. will present "Sister Act" on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 19-21, and again on the following weekend, July 26-28. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7 p.m. Sunday performances begin at 2 p.m.
"Sister Act" is based on the hit 1992 film. Featuring original music by Tony- and eight-time Oscar winner Alan Menken (Newsies, Beauty and the Beast, Little Shop of Horrors), this musical was nominated for five Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
With the new ticketing program tickets can be selected, purchased and printed online at the YPTC Website yptcinc.com. Adult tickets are $10 and Student tickets are $5. If ordering online, remember to print your tickets. By using this service you avoid the lines at the ticket booth.
Sister Act is under the direction of Taylor Lyles. The cast is as follows:
