MC Chamber Business & Community Networking event May 16
MICHIGAN CITY – The Michigan City Chamber of Commerce invites the public to the May 16 Business & Community EXPO at Blue Chip Stardust Event Center from 3 to 6 p.m. Admission is free.
This year’s EXPO is a unique mash-up of businesses, non-profits and the arts. Michigan City High School Art Department students will ask attendees to participate in an interactive art project and over forty exhibitors — from insurance companies to the Michiana Humane Society, child care providers and the city of Michigan City. BAC Marketing is offering professional head shots for just $30 the first two hours of the event.
Popular eateries, including Bartlett’s Fish Camp, Barker Pub, Quaker Steak & Lube, Patrick’s Grille, Sweet Lou That’s Who and Zorn Brew Works, will offer food and drink samples. Exhibitors will have giveaways and door prize drawings, and WEFM 95.9 will be broadcasting live from the event from 3 to 5pm.
“We are celebrating everything Michigan City with an expanded expo this year. This networking event will provide the opportunity for a diverse group of businesses, organizations, artists and community members to connect with each other in one location,” said Katie Eaton, Chamber president.
