Lee and Sue (Rowley) Henn

Lee and Sue (Rowley) Henn, of Westville, celebrated 50 years of marriage with a month of special family times in North Dakota.

They met in 1964 at the Other Side, a teen dance hall. He was 17, she was 16, and they became a couple in 1965 and were wed New Year's Eve, Dec. 31, 1966. At the tie, he was in the U.S. Army and she was assistant manager at Neumock Hosiery.

They have two children: daughter Julie Davison, of Plaza, North Dakota; and son Jeff, who is deceased. They also have four grandchildren.

Lee is a retired letter carrier and Sue is a homemaker.
